Processing scheme of various pipe fittings in the whole vehicle
Working Principle
32 left and right common bending machine drives all actions of the equipment through 13 axis servo motor to realize high-speed and accurate digital control of bending process.
The disassembly actions of the machine include: clamping, bending, core pulling, feeding, pipe turning, mold moving, mold changing and auxiliary pushing.
Brief description of action structure:
1. Clamping (heavy-duty ball screw transmission, using the reverse self-locking of screw to improve the clamping reliability);
2. Elbow (precision RV Reducer links spiral bevel gear, with high elbow precision);
3. Feeding (planetary reducer and gear rack drive for pipe feeding and positioning);
4. Rotating tube (planetary reducer with fine grinding helical gear to locate the space angle between two bending arcs);
5. Die shifting (ball screw drive, control the pipe fitting to be close to / away from the bending die);
6. Mold change (rack and pinion drive, used for switching between mold layers)
7. Core pulling (heavy-duty ball screw drive, used for bending of thin-wall and small radius pipe fittings);
8. Auxiliary push (ball screw drive, absolute synchronization with elbow).
